Learners Conduct on the Academy of Traditional Art ( ATA ) Web Site

By accessing the ATA Web site, you agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the ATA Web site. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the ATA Web site or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the ATA Web site, the terms of which are incorporated herein. You also agree not to impersonate any other person while using the ATA Web site, conduct yourself in a vulgar or offensive manner while using our service, or use the ATA Web site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitations on Use

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the ATA service. Unless otherwise specified, the content on the ATA Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use and we grant you a limited license to access the ATA Web site for that purpose. You may not download (other than through page caching necessary for personal use), modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the ATA Web site without our express written consent. Payment Policies

ATA reserves the right to price the product competitively and increase the same at any time.
Both current and new students enrolling in courses must pay the current prices in effect at the start of each course.

Course Continuation due to Inaction

Students become inactive in case they pay up for a course and not take up the same within the stipulated time.\
Inactive students who wish to become active again can send an email to swarnaraja@academyoftraditionalart.com. At this juncture, they will be required to take up the course again and pay 50% of course prices currently in effect.

Course Refund

You can clarify whatever doubts you have about the particular course which you are going to choose and the procedures with all relevant formalities of the course before enrolling for the same. You can write a mail directly to swarnaraja@academyoftraditionalart.com about your doubts and get them clarified before enrolling.
Refund requests for courses must be made in writing to swarnaraja@academyoftraditionalart.com within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

75% of the Fee will be refunded if the request comes to us in writing within 48 hours from the time of Purchase and materials not Shipped. Both criteria have to qualify for the refund.

If a Request comes to us after the materials get shipped No refund to the students.
If the student has activated the course pack NO refund for students.

Change in Policy

ATA is entitled to make changes to policies, pricing, course content, course teachers, and any other ATA-related feature, materials, or processes at any given time.
ATA will attempt to provide reasonable notice to students of any changes. These changes are not generally considered an acceptable reason for withdrawal or refund.

Material and Shipping Policy

The material kit is Free along with the course to the student enrolled. All Our Shipping delivery are handled by our partners. Shipping services- FedEx and DHL for international. For India Shipping - DTDC courier / Professional Courier. It takes 7 – 10 working days to deliver the material Kit from the date of registration of the course.

Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these terms.
